Description:
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent.

Weakness:
Cut the wire if you can see it.Certian occular techniques can see the wires making them easy to cut.
Another option would be to get up close to the person in mid swing its not a garentied a hit but if the shinobi is swinging fast a normal hit would have alot more power.

Description:
Whilst using the string reeling technique or the water whip technique to tie down his opponent Akuma charges the ninja wire with Raiton chakra, Similar to sasuke using his fire style techniques.This Attack will not only wound an opponent but also slow his movments due to the residing charge in there nervous system. At higher levels the shinobi using this technique could even paralyse his opponent completely but this requires massive chakra control and focus so should not be attempted untill at least jounin level.This technique can also be used as an aid to enhance throwing weapons such as shuriken and kunai.The shinobi simply charges the weapon with Raiton chakra and throws the weapon. The effects differ on the amount of chakra used in the charge, again at jounin levels this attack takes on a more destuctive style, at Genin levels the charge merely adds to the sharpness of the blades edge at jounin levels it could litalary blow apart a boulder.

Weakness:
Avoid being trapped by the wires, subsition jutsu, escapology jutsu any of these techniques would be handy. A Wind natured defence or attack would cancel out the charge. Anther way to avoid this attack would be to get in close with the userand prevent them from charging the weapon or wire.

Description:
The user runs Raiton chakra through his or her arms and fists charging them with electricty. When they strike at there opponents not only will they have the physical damage of the strike but also and electric shock compareable to that of a tazer hit. The effects of this jutsu gets stronger as the shinobi progresses trough training and their chakra control improves. At Jounin levels the hit can be as strong as
shock from a mains live wire sending oppnents flying and causing sevre electrical burns.

Weakness:
The attack only causes shock damage when the blow connect with either lightly clothed or bare skin, this jutsu will not penatrate armour such as the standard shinobi flak vests. Another way to block this attack would be to use a wind element technique to cancel it out.

Description:
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target.

Weakness:
The range of the clone is limited, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Description:
Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of there opponent or entangle them.

Weakness:
This attack can be avoided or blocked, due to the fact it functions like a normal whip.

Aside from a few spelling errors and general stuff, this seems fine.
